We understand the importance of timely delivery. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  1. Which shipping vendors do you use?

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we work with trusted shipping vendors such as Grab express, Ninja Van and Speedpost. These vendors are known for their excellent service and package tracking capabilities.

  1. What are the shipping charges?

For orders under $250, a flat shipping fee of $16 will be applied at checkout. However, for orders totalling $250 or above, we offer complimentary shipping, making it free of charge. You can also opt for a free pick up at our showroom at Cluny Court #02-04. 1min walk from Botanic Gardens.

  1. What if I receive a damaged item?

We take utmost care in packaging and handling our products to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately through one of the following channels:
